I’m a Product Manager with a Retail background, based in Düsseldorf, Germany. I like to understand how things work by building them.

Warehouse Lab is a side project I kicked off during a one-week vacation. I needed an excuse to play around extensively with the latest large language models, which have been released on an almost daily basis over the last couple of weeks. Opus 5.5 in particular turned out to be a true revelation.

A Warehouse Management System built from scratch proved to be a good use case: a small online shop, an ERP system and a Warehouse that support the complete order journey, from a customer’s purchase to picking, packing and shipment. The live 3D view of the Warehouse Floor was the most fun of all.

Everything you see here is a demo. Nothing is charged and nothing is delivered, but the processes behind it are the ones a real Warehouse runs on.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. Either here or via LinkedIn.
